In this regard, we will separately inform you of the purposes, scopes and subjects of the collection of the corresponding data by updating this Policy, displaying prompts on subscription pages, sending pop-up notifications, etc., and provide you with independent options to choose and consent, and collect and use such data only after obtaining your express consent. (2) Real-Person Verification and Real-Name Authentication

You may choose to conduct real-person verification and real-name authentication on your account. If you voluntarily apply for authentication, to complete these two verification processes, you need to agree to and authorize us to collect your identity document information and facial data to verify whether the avatar you uploaded for real-person verification matches your facial photo, and whether the verified avatar matches the identity document photo you uploaded. The processing of the above data is only for the purpose of verifying the identity of Internet users; we will adopt industry-leading technologies to protect your personal data and prevent the data from being used for other purposes through encryption, permission control and other technical means (unless you authorize otherwise).

Last Updated: January 19, 2026

The operator of the Datingting Platform (hereinafter referred to as “we”) is committed to protecting the personal data of children who use our products or services. Although children’s access to this Platform is strictly prohibited, we will still properly protect and keep the children-related information retained on the Platform due to misoperation or other reasons. This “Children’s Privacy Protection Statement” (hereinafter referred to as “this Statement”) and the Privacy Policy jointly explain to the legal guardians of children (hereinafter referred to as “you”) and children themselves how children’s personal data is collected and processed, and how we will take deletion or other measures to ensure the security of such data. Unless otherwise agreed, the terms and abbreviations used in this Statement shall have the same meanings as those in the User Agreement and the Privacy Policy.

Special Tips for Children’s Guardians

Datingting prohibits users under the age of 18, or users deemed minors under the laws and regulations of the countries/regions where they reside, from registering and using the Platform services. If an account is identified as being registered and used by a child or minor, we will immediately block the account and protect or process the child’s data mistakenly retained on the Platform in accordance with the provisions of this Statement.

We hope that you can cooperate with us to jointly protect the security of children’s personal data. You shall educate and guide children to enhance their awareness and ability of personal data protection, and remind them not to provide personal data to any Internet product and service providers without your consent.

Special Tips for Children

This Platform is for adults only. Please exit and stop using it immediately. All accounts created or used by minors will be blocked immediately. We will also, to the best of our ability, report to the relevant competent authorities and the legal guardians of the minors.

We may, at your special request, hand over the child’s account to you for management, but you shall not return the account to the child for use. Please understand that you may independently choose whether to provide the required specific information; if you refuse to provide such information, we may not be able to verify the guardianship relationship between you and the child.
